Will I be hunting on public land or private land?
All hunting is done on private land. |
Are tree stands provided?
Yes they are but we encourage you to bring
your own for your convenience.
That way you can go where you want to. |
Is any of the hunting land dedicated to bowhunting?
Yes, Over 800 acres of the private 3,000 acres we have, is strictly dedicated to bowhunting. |
Do I have to use your lodging and eat at the lodge dining room?
No. You may bring your own camper, RV, travel trailer or whatever. There are motels and restaurants close by. But, we have excellent facilities and good Iowa home cooking. See the page featuring our facilities. |
Are the deer "Free Chase"?
Yes they are. We hunt no penned deer. |
Are several groups of hunters lodged together?
No. Only you and your group are housed together. |
Who and how is my meat processed?
Your deer meat is processed on site, or if you prefer, there are several locker plants close by. We have full cooler services. |
What if I want to have my deer head mounted ?
We will take the deer head to the taxidermist of your choice for you. |
